Perishable items are packed in temperature-controlled insulated liners with chilled gel packs. This ensures that your food stays at the required temperature for up to 48 hours during the delivery process.

What is your policy on product expiry dates?

We guarantee that all products shipped will have a reasonable shelf life. For short-dated clearance items, the expiry date will be clearly stated in the product description before you purchase.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, for non-perishable ambient goods, you can return them within 14 days provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
